How it works

With the knowledge that 3,000 bags are lost every hour of every day it is little wonder that lost luggage represents one of the greatest concerns for the modern traveller. When a check-in tag is missing, has been damaged or has expired (with barcodes being recycled on a continuous basis) baggage handlers often have only a physical description of the mishandled bag to aid identification.

A VIP Upgrades Membership Baggage Tag ensures your bag can quickly and easily be identified with immediate notification that your bag has been found.

Suitable for check-in and carry-on luggage, golf bags, ski bags, musical instrument cases, laptop bags, backpacks, etc.

  1. STEP ONE – As A VIP Upgrades Member you tag your baggage using the Free VIP Tracing Service or the Platinum VIP Tracing Service.
  2. STEP TWO – We register your details in our baggage system.
  3. STEP THREE – Anyone finds your bag with VIP Tracing Service Tag and contacts VIP Upgrades.
  4. STEP FOUR – We email you that your bag has been found.
  5. STEP FIVE – VIP Upgrades puts you in touch with the finder of your lost baggage.
  6. STEP SIX – You are reunited with your baggage.

I don’t have a VIP Upgrades Elite Membership Card
  • Register your account at www.VIPupgrades.com (if you haven’t already joined VIP Upgrades)
  • Print out a copy of the VIP Upgrades Baggage Tracing Service Card using your own printer
  • Write your Name and VIP Number on the Membership Card
  • Place your Membership Card in a card holder and attach it to your baggage
  • Your Baggage will now be fully traceable under the Free VIP Tracing Service
  • Print out a copy of the VIP Upgrades Baggage Tracing Service Card using your own printer
  • Register your account at www.VIPupgrades.com (if you haven’t already joined VIP Upgrades)
  • Write your Name and VIP Number on the VIP Upgrades Baggage Tracing Card
  • Place your VIP Upgrades Baggage Tracing Card in a card holder and attach it to your baggage
  • Your Baggage will now be fully traceable under the Free VIP Tracing Service

Two Platinum VIP Baggage tracing Service Tags will be sent to you, and your account will be upgraded to the Platinum Level.
  • Your baggage tags will be sent by First Class post and will arrive within thirty days
  • Write your Name and VIP Number on the Platinum VIP Upgrades Baggage Tracing Cards when you receive them.
  • Attach your Platinum VIP Upgrades Baggage Tracing Cards to your baggage
  • Your Baggage will now be fully traceable under the Platinum VIP Tracing Service
